This course is designed for international and local students who need to obtain a level of English suitable to study at Certificate III and /or Certificate IV level in the VET Sector.

Whilst some entrants may have a good standard of English, this course provides them with academic study skills in preparation for access into further study.

Certificate III (Access) outcomes focus on the consolidation of English language speaking, listening, reading and writing skills so that participants can access a range of further and vocational education options which may require some specialisation. Participants include those who have been out of the workforce for a period and wish to further develop English language skills and research pathway options or seek employment.
